Whether you’ve never read the bible before and have lots of questions or consider yourself a Christian, we’d love to invite you to Explore Christianity during your time in halls.
Explore groups meet weekly in every hall on and off campus, providing an opportunity to investigate the deeper questions of life and explore the historical documentation of Jesus’ life accounted for in the gospels. The groups are relaxed and provide the opportunity to make friends and feel supported during your time in halls this year. Time together is also spent playing games and socialising over snacks.
During the year there are will also be socials and regular events such as ‘Dial-A-doughnut’. ‘Dial-A-doughnut’ gives anyone in the hall the opportunity to text in a question about faith and who Jesus is and members of the Christian Union will come and drop off a free doughnut of your choice and chat about the question.
