Who is your favourite Bible Character?
Surely everyone says Jesus? Though if I had to play properly, I guess Paul really. To be changed so much so quickly is just a testament to Gods amazing power and grace.
Describe your perfect day.
Hmm, probably wake up with a cooked breakfast. Create some cures for some major diseases and ailments, write my Oscar winners speech. The phone rings, its Arsene Wenger, telling me hes a man down for the champions league final, and could I fill in. Go and play, ideally knocking in a winning goal or two, celebrate with the lads for a bit. Maybe a cheeky pint at the pub with Stevie Wonder to finish off, perhaps we may end up writing a song together, if not, I can live with it.
Your hair has been described as the eighth wonder of the world. Does it take long to do?
Its about a 45 minute job, including 4 people, 8 cans of hairspray and (for reasons I can never let you know) a small llama. No its actually just natural.
If you could have been alive at any point in the bible, where would you go?
Genesis 1, the beginning, the creation. That would be unreal to watch. Its impossible to try to imagine the pure size and wonder of God and his works. Id love to know whether God made things by hand, or whether things just appeared, or understand just a tiny bit of how He created such an amazing world.
Do you have any advice for freshers?
Really try to enjoy freshers week and your whole first year. It seems a bit big and scary at first, but I guarantee it will be the best year of your life so far. Also, make the most of your nine20 leaders, they are such an amazing asset, and will usually have cake or something for you to eat.
