My favorite bible character is...
Its a tricky one! Changes depending on what I'm reading, but at the moment its Esther and Peter (cheating with two I know!) Peter becuase he's such an encouragement. He's a great reminder how God really does use real people who make mistakes and don't quite get things all the time...! And Esther becuase of her amazing faith in God, and her trust in Him.
Whats on your shelf at the moment...
Loads! Apart from my dust collecting medical textbooks, I also have a growing collection of Georgette Heyer novels (absolutely amazing for those who like period dramas!). And I'm currently reading 'A Guide to Spritual Reformation' by DA Carson, definitely worth a read. And 'Dig Deeper', again, really good!

Favorite thing to do...
Depends what mood I'm in! But love to just spend time with friends...laughs and a glass of wine...perfect! Or, in the winter, curl up on the sofa in front of a log fire with a good book and a mug of tea!
Advice to freshers...
Get involved! One of the great things about uni is that there's LOADS of stuff to get involved with. If you're in hall then get on committee for your JCR, or join one of the many crazy societies at freshers (inc the CU...thats a real gem!) And have a good time - do some work but don't stress too much in your first year, you can spend your next two (or more!) years doing that...
