I:dentity 11-16th Feb 2008
I:dentity is a week of events with a purpose: to give every student at Nottingham University the opportunity to hear the good news about Jesus Christ.
During the week there will be lots of events happening in the Portland Building, halls, departments, houses and pubs...
- Every day there will be a cafe in the Portland Atrium as a base for I:dentity
- Two Lunchbars will happen every day (apart from Wed and Sat) in the Atrium
- In the evenings there'll be a cafe, live music, testimonies and a talk in the Ballroom
Our main speaker for the week is Lee McMunn. Also joining us will be a team of about 35 CU Guests (CUGs) who will be partnering with nine20 groups in halls in the work of making Jesus known!
See www.identity08.org for more info about events.
What's it about?
I:dentity is a great chance to unite together as Christian students to tell people the good news of the forgiveness that Jesus offers every individual, and of their great need of him.
I:dentity is not about the Exec, nine20 leaders, CUGs or the speakers doing this work - it's about every CU member getting involved in whatever ways they can.
Rotas
Please pray through ways you can serve, and get signing up to the online rotas! Remember that, most importantly, you can serve mission week by praying for it, bringing friends along and chatting about the gospel!
