Luke Goss - Evangelism Coordinator

Hey everyone,

My names Luke and I'll be serving as the Christian Union's Evangelism Secretary for this year.

I'll be involved in organising the central evangelistic events, both the regular Lunchbars and First Contact, as well as one off events such as the annual summer BBQ, Christmas Carol Service, Week One evangelisitic events and Mission Week '08.

I'll also be trying to encourage the CU to remain focused on evangelism and sharing the gospel with those who don't yet know Jesus, because through hearing the gospel of Christ people are saved (Romans 10:14-17).

We - as an Exec - are here to help keep the CU focused on making disciples of Jesus Christ in the student world for the glory of God. We make decisions as to what sort of events we put on and, with lots of help from other members of the CU, organize these events.
