Dani Cook - Discipleship Coordinator

Hi, I'm Dani, and this year I will be serving the CU as Discipleship Coordinator.

As a CU we want to be growing to know and love God more in every area of our lives. Sometimes this can be difficult, but we serve a great God and through Him we can be more than conquerors (Romans 8v35-39).

To help us encourage one another in this I‚ll be helping to organise one-to-ones, the bookstall, Home Houseparty, Pure and various other things. Pure is a short course looking at God's purposes in the area of sex and relationships and is a really great chance to see how we should be living in these areas in order to glorify God.

One-to-ones are a fantastic way of meeting up with another Christian to read God's word, pray and grow together. If you would like to be in a one-to-one do get in touch.

We - as an Exec - are here to help keep the CU focused on making disciples of Jesus Christ in the student world for the glory of God. We make decisions as to what sort of events we put on and, with lots of help from other members of the CU, organize these events.

If you have any suggestions of events that we could be doing or questions concerning the CU and why the CU does what it does then we’re the people to talk to - drop one of us an email by clicking our photo!
